Zocko Con is happy to provide commission-free vendor space for our 2026 event at very reasonable prices! Here is some basic vendor information.

– All spaces include 2 chairs and are priced without tables included.
– If you wish to rent a table from us, the cost is $15 per table
– Each vendor space includes two admission passes. Additional passes must be purchased at the door or via our official website ticket form.
– Vendors are not permitted to hang anything on the convention room walls. Vendors must include their own free standing support systems if they wish to hang anything.
– Electricity can be routed to all spaces at no additional cost, however Vendors should bring their own extension cords. (center room will have electric routed from outside walls and covered in walkways)
– Table clothes are not included in space rental. If you wish to have table coverings, you will need to bring your own.
– Vendors are given 48 hours to complete payment after invoice is sent. Outside of this 48 hour window, no holds on spaces are permitted and the space(s) will be offered to the next vendor on the waiting list. If vendor requests another invoice after failing to make payment in the first 48 hours, a $5 Invoicing Fee will be applied to new invoice. NOTE: During the last 6 weeks leading to the convention date, this 48 hour hold will no longer be offered and it will be dropped to a 6 hour hold for payment.
– OPTIONAL Charity Raffle involvement – We will be hosting a charity raffle or two to benefit a registered non-profit organization that has yet to be determined. Vendors are invited, but not required, to offer a small product of their offerings for our charity raffle. We wanted to make this known to provide you the opportunity to plan for such an offering. If you do decide to participate, please do make sure to include your business card and/or any promotional materials you wish along with your offering.
– OPTIONAL Video Promotional involvement – Mr. Willy will be doing a series of videos with vendors and guests that are interested. These videos will be interviews that will be posted on YouTube and various social media to meet the artist/vendor/guest and get a sneak peek of the products provided, while getting to know the unique individuals involved in the convention.
